All orders are packed and despatched within 2 working days - except on weekends or public holidays. We will email you a tracking number within one business day after your order is sent. Look out for this email so you can track the progress of your order from our doorstep to your home or office. All packages must be signed for upon delivery so please ensure that you provide your daytime delivery address and contact number. Please note that we are unable to re-direct orders once they have been despatched. Cancellations are not permitted for orders that arrive later than expected.
As well as a shipping confirmation e-mail, you will also receive a receipt in the mail outlining your purchase. It is important to keep note of your receipt number in case the item is faulty or the need arises to return it.
Duties And Taxes
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Custom policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Lost Parcels
In the unfortunate event that a parcel is lost in transit, Zinity will either replace or refund the item. However, if the item can be traced to have arrived at its final destination, Zinity are not liable for it.
Stock Availability
In the unlikely event that the item you purchase is out of stock for some reason we will notify you immediately and offer a suitable replacement or refund you the full amount

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds, exchanges or credits on items that are on sale, these promotional priced sales are final.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase from Zinity. If you are unhappy for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return of an unworn or unused non-sale item within 10 business days of your purchase delivery date. Items should be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed or used in anyway and returned in it's original packaging, including tags, for a full refund minus original shipping charges and duties paid on the returned item (applies only to international orders).
Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, so it is recommended to use a tracked method for safe delivery.
If your order has been sent within New Zealand, all sales taxes will be refunded. Zinity is not able to refund customs duties and taxes on orders shipped outside New Zealand. You may, however, be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
We will credit your original method of payment minus original shipping charges and duties paid to clear the returned item (applies only to international orders). Once your return arrives at our premises please allow 7 business days for your refund to be processed. You will be notified by email once finalised.
The Returns & Exchange policy only applies to item(s) purchase directly from Zinity. If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased from one of our stockists you will need to organise this directly with them, as per their terms.
Items of an intimate nature such as facemasks or any item that is bespoke, or part of a promotional deal are unable to be returned unless deemed faulty in which we will fulfil our obligations under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
It is crucial that Zinity is contacted in advance and made aware of the return and a return authorisation number is obtained.
Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorisation number.

Faulty Items:
Every product we send out is quality controlled, however we are all human and very occasionally you may have received a product with a manufacturing fault. Under these circumstances we will happily replace it or refund the cost as long as it has been returned within 14 days of purchase. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault. However, if any import duty, customs fees and levies were charged, these are not refundable.
If you have received a faulty item please email us at to arrange a return with a refund of the return freight cost. We will replace if stock is available or refund you upon return.
